Normally, I don't play anyone else's stories, especially someone who I would view as direct competition, but seeing as how I'm over 1,400 downloads ahead, I decided not to worry about it so much. So, I downloaded it and played through it... here are some of my thoughts.
Cena opens the show as world champion along with Big Show and Jackson, and apparently John Cena murdered Stephanie some time last year. MURDERED!! WTF?? Mr. McMahon comes and to address Cena, and does he call the cops? Does he demand justice? No, he schedules a championship scramble match at Judgment Day.
WOW.
He announces that Cena will face Edge later.
Big Show is in the first match, but loses to the returning Rock. Yes, Rock comes back with NO HYPE whatsoever and is now going to Judgment Day to face Cena.
Michelle McCool confronts CM Punk about being her boy toy, or something. Punk mentions that he won't play second fiddle to Cody Rhodes.
Next, Drew McIntyre defeats HBK. In some very creative editing, Big Show comes down and choke slams HBK after the match. I found that very clever editing.
A very unique Judgment Day promo airs. Very well done.
Matt comes out to do color commentary as Edge faces Cena. Yeah, the world title is on the line in the third match. Again, some more very clever editing where, in the middle of the match, the ref goes down, and Edge hits a spear. A conquistior runs in, followed by Matt Hardy. The ref comes to, and Cena wins on a countout. Again, some real slick editing here.
In an interview with Orton, we discover that Cena framed him for the murder of Stephanie McMahon months ago. Why are none of these people in jail?! Orton talks about his match next with Cody Rhodes. Orton wins clean and is on his way to Judgment Day.
The next match is Undertaker vs Steve Austin. Taker has a druid at ringside with him. The ref goes down, and Taker HITS A SUPERKICK??? Goes for a chair and the pin, but the referee refuses to count. Taker destroys the referee. Rey makes the save for Austin?? Taker and the druid run??
Cameras go into the limo where Vince is talking to Drew, Big Show, Jackson and Cena, talking about the plan for next week. Great editing here.
The end.
His shows always FEEL so short. Maybe its because there is a lack of cut scenes inbetween. There are usually 2 or 3, and then we go straight to the next match. And the next match. The only scenes inbetween are Cole and Lawler talking.
I give this show a 4.
